Valentine's Day gift~~

Ever since the movie Blood Diamond came out, I never had a desire to own or receive a diamond.

The Lord knows my heart. So today, I received a V-day gift from Him more heart-warming than any diamond He could give me haha...

Sometimes, I use my lunch hour to do some street evangelizing (talking to random people by inspiration and inviting them for Bible study =)

There's a parking garage I usually park at at a rate of $5 an hour. I always park there, since it's closer to campus, so I could maximize the time of talking to students instead of spending time walking to campus (if I were to park at a farther / cheaper place...)

Today, don't know why, but I didn't feel like driving into the parking garage. Instead, I circled around the block. At first, I spotted a good spot quite close to campus. I was going to make a U-turn and take the spot, but another dude took it before me!

I found another spot a minute later.

So I went to the parking meter, ready to feed in my credit card, and guess what I found:

Someone had left a parking sticker on the side of the meter! It was good for another 1.5 hours! Wow Jesus provided for my parking today... Hallelujah!!! It's only worth $3 by earthly standard, but the fact that He was watching over me, providing the right things at the perfect timing... My heart was melting in His love.

This week, P. Joshua shared with us about a miracle that happened to him at the Mongsanpo Beach in S. Korea. It was August 15, 1995. About 1500 Korean and Japanese members gathered together to give glory to God, commemorating the Independence Day of Korea. It was very meaningful and symbolic to have representatives of these two nations come together in harmony that day.

At that time, the sun was setting and the tide was coming in.

P. Joshua prayed crying out: "God! Jesus! This is the annual retreat that happens once a year. If the water comes in, we can't hold a retreat today either. I'm so sad that we don't have our own sports field. Please stop the rising tide!"

They said to themselves, "If it is appropriate from God's view, the tide will stop rising. If it is not appropriate, well, we will have to stop whether it's playing sports or giving glory."

At the end, the tide stopped rising; 1500 people saw it. All of them received energy and jumped with joy. Since the creation of the nation Korea, there has never been an incident where the high tide of the west coast stopped rising.

It was because of prayer.

God really performs the miracles of moving mountain as we love Him and do the work of His in our lives! I worshp such a wonderful God!
